Star Torrent Review
Star Torrent is an application software download free Windows that is specifically designed for use on BitTorrent client platforms. It offers a variety of advanced features to help you download your favorite music, movies, games and other files.
Streamlining Performance
The 2007 Pontiac Torrent SUV is a near-clone of the Chevrolet Equinox and Saturn Vue. It shares the same car-based platform and clean lines, but its sportier appearance helps it stand out from the crowd.
A 185-horsepower, 3.4-liter V6 is standard on the Torrent, paired with a five-speed automatic transmission. Fuel economy is decent and surprisingly competitive for a midsize SUV.
Styling is a strong point for the Torrent, with pronounced wheel arches and faux skid plates. Unlike the Toyota RAV4 and Honda CR-V, the Torrent doesn't have any off-road capabilities; instead, it is tuned for everyday driving and foul weather rather than heavy trail-bashing.
Interior Space
With a standard sliding second-row seat and movable parcel shelf, the Torrent SUV can accommodate five passengers comfortably with plenty of room for cargo. Despite its compact size, it will tow up to 3,500 pounds.
Torrent's Engine
The Torrent is powered by a 3.4-liter V6 with 185 horsepower and 210 pound-feet of torque. This small-displacement engine is a GM "3400" unit that's good for 19-20 mpg city and 22-23 mpg highway, but it's not much power by comparison to larger sport utilities like the Ford Escape and Toyota RAV4. The Torrent GXP model adds 264 hp, which gives the Torrent an edge in both performance and fuel efficiency.
